ASpire Celebration Event...

ASpire held a celebration event at their offices at the Custard Factory on 4th March.
They were celebrating the launch of their new offices and exciting developments that are currently taking place within ASpire. In addition to the new offices and a three year contract with Jobcentre Plus to deliver Work Preparation Programmes, two more Employment Supporters, Madeleine Hurst and Kerry Ruth have recently joined the team.
Guests were met in the Custard Factory reception by ASpire’s clients Ali and Richard and taken up to the office, where they were welcomed by Natasha. After lunch and a chance to have a look around, Bob Candlin started the proceedings. He explained the reasons for event and thanked Barclays for the funding they have given to ASpire to set up a computer suite and Job Club for their clients. Claire Fennell, ASpire’s Regional Development Coordinator, then reflected upon ASpires development and thanked everyone involved over the last three years for their continued support and dedication.
Claire was then presented with a cheque by Kate Kingshott and Helen Jones from Barclays and flowers from the ASpire staff to thank her for her commitment to her clients, her staff and the development of ASpire.
Jane Griffin, a mum of one of ASpire's clients said: “It was lovely to meet everyone at ASpire, it is obvious that they are a great team and provide such warm and supportive environment for the clients.”
Morag Taylor, ASpire Employment Supporter, reflected that the day was very significant to everyone involved: “It was great to celebrate ASpire’s developments and achievements with so many people who share our enthusiasm for ASpire and to catch up with clients who are progressing so well in employment.”
