Adult Support Workers

Support Workers are required to provide support to our Service Users living at our residential resources in the Selly Park area of Birmingham .

The roles will include working with service users on a one to one basis or within a small team. These are varied, interesting and challenging roles. Experience of autism and supporting individuals to lead an active life with the view to gaining more independence is essential.

These are important and rewarding jobs which require you to have good initiative, an excellent understanding of autism and a dedication to providing choices and high quality services for people with ASD . You will also need to be flexible to adapt to service users needs.
