GETTING TOGETHER TO SAY THANKS
We were please to received a £1,000 grant from Greets Green Partnership to help re-furbish the Job Club room and family meeting room at our Resource Centre in St Michael’s Court Sandwell. A photo from the launch event on Tuesday 16 May shows staff, service users, DEAs from Job Centre Plus, Nigel Self - Community Health Officer for the local ACT team and Bob Lloyd - Neighbourhood Support Officer who helped us access the grant. We and our Service Users and families much appreciate the support of professional and voluntary services. As we see demand grow we are increasing our use of the building with individual sessions for parents, discussion groups and of course the job club groups. The Job Club is for people with Asperger Syndrome who are supported by staff from Aspire our Asperger People into Real Employment scheme.
