Our helpline staff have substantial knowledge of autism and can provide factual information and signposting to other services. They also offer emotional support over the phone, listening with empathy to your concerns. The helpline staff provide advice and support to parents, siblings and other family members and anyone with an interest in or query about autism.

Our information team is part-time but will endeavour to respond to any emails and/or calls within 24 hours of any working week day. If responses are delayed, it may be because we are unable to staff the Helpline on evenings, weekends, bank holidays, or during periods of absence.

We are closed on all bank holiday's including Easter and Christmas periods, and in other cases staff may be on annual leave.
