Upper ford lodge opened in 1998 and is located in Droitwich Spa. It is a residential home for eight adults with autistic spectrum disorders. The lodge is a detached property located on a 1.5 acre site. Each service user has their own bedroom and their rooms are decorated to their taste. The service users are supported by the staff to do various activities such as shopping, horse riding, swimming, college courses and drama groups. The service users are supported by staff to have a holiday of their choice.

Upper Ford Lodge is committed to ensuring that service users ‘keep in touch’ with their cultural and religious identities. Service users are supported in attending chosen places of worship and any cultural events.
Service users are free to receive visitors at any reasonable time. A visitors’ policy/procedure is available on request. Service users are supported in their rights to maintain appropriate contact with family and friends. Staffsupport service users in maintaining existing friendships and in developing new relationships including advocates where appropriate.
