► Regular donation
It's often much easier to find £5 a month than £60 a year. A small, regular donation is better for us too because it helps us plan ahead.
£5 a month pays for 5 anxious parents to get advice from our Autism Helpline.
£10 a month helps pay for training to professionals and parents to help them understand autism
£20 a month helps us to give practical support to someone with autism who is looking for work.
Direct Debit donations also help us save on administration costs – so that more of your gift can be spent helping people affected by autism.
We spend your donation carefully. 97p in every £1 you donate goes direct to our work with people with autism. The easiest way to set up a regular gift is via our secure online donation page.
