Families and carers of people with autism of all ages often need support too, especially around the needs of the persons with autism, education, transition, rights, emotional needs, behavioural and social strategies and techniques. 

At Autism West Midlands, we provide a range of support services for families including an information helpline, family outreach workers and support groups. Thousands of people receive support from our helpline each year, and it is often the first port of call for a parent following a child's diagnosis. Additionally, we offer specialist seminars, workshops and practical courses to parents across the West Midlands and beyond.
