DESCRIPTION:This workshop will help children better understand their autistic brothers and sisters through a series of interactive activities\, including cake decorating and T-Shirt making\, with one of our autism specialists. \nSuitable for non-autistic children aged 8 to 12\, they will also have the opportunity to meet other children in similar circumstances and share their own feelings in a safe and friendly environment. \nEach day is 1PM – 4PM and attendees must have a Black Country postcode to attend. \nTopics covered include: \n– Gaining a better understanding of autism\, \n– Helping the child understand how their autistic sibling may experience the world differently \n– Learning how to help their sibling \nReserve your child’s place here \nFor further information please call or email Amy on michelleh@autismwestmidlands.org.uk \nMarketing Waiver \nBy attending the event you agree that photos and videos taken on the day may be used for marketing purposes.
