A perfect opportunity to meet other autistic adults\, talk to staff from Autism West Midlands and enjoy nature in a calm and relaxing setting. There is no expectation to talk or socialise and you are welcome to bring along a camera to take some pictures of the scenery or binoculars to look for wildlife. \nWorcester Woods can be easily accessed by public transport and car. There is free parking on site as well as a small café and toilets. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Wellbeing Walk for Autistic Adults – Summer Pop Up at Arrow Valley Country Park. A perfect opportunity to meet other autistic adults\, talk to staff from Autism West Midlands and enjoy nature in a calm and relaxing setting. There is no expectation to talk or socialise and you are welcome to bring along a camera to take some pictures of the scenery or binoculars to look for wildlife. \nOur walk is scheduled from 11am until 1pm\, however we will not always walk for the entire 2 hour period. Should the walk finish early you are welcome to make use of the small cafe within the visitor centre\, however\, staff will not remain with you during this time. \nArrow Valley Country Park can be easily accessed by car. There is free parking on site as well as a small café and toilets.
