My name is Stephen and work for Autism West Midlands as a Support Worker for Adult Supported Living.
I really enjoy working for Autism West Midlands, my role as a Support Worker means I am able to help people to live their lives to the full with respect and dignity. No two days are the same however, by being there when I’m needed means I know I’m offering support the best way I can.

The reason I decided to join Autism West Midlands was because of their reputation and I’m really glad I did. I enjoy everything about working here, there is always something going on; the people are really friendly and supportive. Since working for Autism West Midlands I have learnt to always be yourself, trust your instincts and don’t be afraid to ask others for advice. My team feel like family to me, everyone is lovely.
