Autism West Midlands at the Seaside Tea Party

8th July 2019

On Friday 5th July, Autism West Midlands held another successful themed tea party at Row Heath Pavilion, Bourneville, Birmingham. The tea party was attended by the people we support, their families and Autism West Midlands staff members. This year’s theme was at the seaside and what perfect weather it was!

The event was Project Managed by a number of people who are supported through Autism West Midlands, alongside Autism West Midlands staff.

There were mocktails, lots of cake and party games such as tin can alley, plate spinning and hook a duck. We also had a DJ! We had a Best Dancer and Best Dressed certificate and prize, and the Ice cream with sauces and sprinkles also went down really well! Sweetie goodie bags were given to all supported before they went home. It was an amazing afternoon!

We would like to say a big thank you to Mahirs Experience, RBS at Brindley Place and the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham who helped support the event.
