World Autism Awareness Month 2019
April is World Autism Awareness Month and we can’t wait to celebrate! Autism West Midlands will be working hard to raise awareness and vital funds during World Autism Awareness Day, Week and Month! We are hoping this year will be bigger and better and we really want you to be involved! We are asking all schools, colleges, businesses and individuals to work alongside us to ensure we raise vital funds in order to continue the work we do!
Silly Sock Day 2019
On Friday 5th April we are holding our annual Silly Sock Day as part of World Autism Awareness Week (1-7 April). On that day we ask you to wear your silliest, craziest, wackiest socks to school, work, or even challenge your friends and family to wear their most outrageous socks for a day at home, and donate to help us raise vital funds. Sign up below for your FREE fundraising pack.
Why We Need Your Support
The funds you raise will enable us to support autistic people and their families at every stage of their journey from getting a diagnosis to finding tools and strategies to lead a fulfilling life. Please help us during World Autism Awareness Month.
Fundraising Ideas
We know that Silly Sock Day may not be to everyone’s taste, so here are a few other fundraising ideas for World Autism Awareness Month!
When you take part please make a donation no matter how big or small and don’t forget to post your photos of your Silly Socks on our Facebook page on our Twitter page @autismwestmids #SillySocks or email marketing@autismwestmidlands.org.uk
