In Herefordshire and Worcestershire we offer:

Information, advice and support to autistic adults

As part of our community service, our structured support sessions and group programme (Autism Confident) is available to anyone aged 16+ who identifies as autistic – they may have a diagnosis, awaiting diagnosis, or identify as autistic without having a formal diagnosis.

1:1 sessions are information, advice and guidance based sessions to support an individual through a specific support need. Autism Confident is a 6 week programme for autistic adults, where they can learn about their autism, develop their knowledge and engage in discussions in a small, like-minded group. Both of these services are offered online and in-person.

For these services mentioned above, you can click the link below to download a referral form for yourself, or someone you support, which can be printed and posted or sent to us via email

Once we have received your referral, we will contact you via your selected preferred contact method.

Additionally, we offer social groups in Worcester, Redditch and Seasonal Pop Ups for autistic adults. These groups are open to anyone over the age of 16, who identifies as autistic, and offer a friendly, supportive atmosphere amongst autistic individuals. You can email us for more information or sign up via the relevant links on Eventbrite.

We deliver regular online workshops via Microsoft Teams on topics such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Reasonable Adjustments, with sessions running throughout the year. Our next workshops are scheduled for April 2026 and are free to join! Every individual who attends our workshops will also receive a resource pack after the workshop that is relevant to the topic discussed. Please visit our Eventbrite page for upcoming dates and further details.

Starting in June 2026, we are offering free webinars for parents & carers of children, teenagers, and young people who have been accepted for assessment on the Autism pathway or who have received a diagnosis of autism. We also extend an invitation to professionals to join our webinars. There are 7 webinars in the block, each covering a different autism topic. You can book onto these via Eventbrite. Check out our events pages for details. Can’t make our live webinars? No problem, everyone who registers will receive a recording to watch for up to two weeks after the session so still register your place!

We have launched our discussion forum for Herefordshire & Worcestershire autistic adults on Facebook! This will be a moderated online space where autistic individuals can engage in discussions and topics surrounding autism. Click here to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/awmherefandworcsdiscussion/ or email [email protected]. Please note the forum is moderated, there is a code of conduct and requests to join will be approved accordingly.

For those who would like to keep up-to-date with our service, we offer a quarterly newsletter created by our team, with news of events, testimonials, updates etc – it’s a great way to stay connected with us!
