
Join us for a free 8-week program, with one-to-one meetings for participants on the first, 6 group sessions and one online short feedback and games session. The courses have up to 8 participants per program.
This course offers an opportunity to learn more about autism in a small, supportive, group setting. Tuesday evenings, 5.45pm – 7.15pm. Exact location will be shared with confirmed attendee’s.
Who can attend:
- Teenagers (over 13 years) with an autism diagnosis
- Your post code comes under Birmingham or Solihull council.
- You are able to commit to attend weekly sessions.
Schedule:
- October 20th – Week 1: Online 15 minute introduction to the course & staff
- November 4th – Week 2: Face to face – Autism as a spectrum
- November 11th – Week 3: Face to face – Social & communication
- November 18th – Week 4: Face to face – Anxiety
- November 25th – Week 5: Face to face – Sensory
- December 2nd – Week 6: Face to face – Happiness & wellbeing
- December 9th – Week 7: Face to face – The future & disclosure
- December 16th – Week 8: Online – Feedback & games
