A free 6-week course for teens in Herefordshire to learn more about autism and meet other autistic teens in a supportive group environment.

The course will explore topics ranging from understanding autism to self-esteem and self-image. Each session will focus on a different topic.

The sessions consist of advisor led information and discussion; attendees are welcomed to join in but there is no pressure to do so.

Places on the course must be booked in advance.

The programme runs for 6 weeks covering 1 session per day. Attendees are requested to attend all 6 sessions. The dates are as follows –

Monday 11th November

Monday 18th November

Monday 25th November

Monday 2nd December

Monday 9th December

All sessions will run 9.30am – 11am.

Attendees can bring along an adult, please let us know if someone will be attending with you. Letters to request time off from school can be provided if requested.
