An online workshop hosted using Microsoft Teams by Autism West Midlands for autistic adults living in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Hosted during Autism Acceptance Week, this online workshop is designed to celebrate and explore the strengths, abilities, and unique perspectives of autistic adults. Rather than focusing on challenges, this session highlights the many positive characteristics associated with autism and how these can be recognised, embraced, and applied in everyday life.
