Blackcountry Online Autism Advice and Consultation Sessions – Adults
New dates and times for online appointments announced!
Online support sessions for autistic adults and their families living in the Black Country.
ONLINE – Microsoft ‘Teams’ Sessions
Free 60 minute bookable support sessions with a specialist autism advisor with lived experience
Person centred, online support sessions, providing information and guidance for pre and post diagnosed autistic adults and their families living in the Black Country.

Wellbeing Activity Session in Dudley
Dudley Adults – Wellbeing Activity Session
Craft session for autistic adults in Dudley. Felt making and print making workshops in a relaxed and friendly environment. Small groups in two rotunda roundhouses, under the expert tuition of experienced crafts person and supported by AWM staff. Come and learn how you can create a beautiful item from felt making or printmaking, that can be taken home with you .

Autistic Parents – Support Group – Birmingham
Spectrum Support group – a free support group for autistic parents.
Are you an autistic parent? Would you be interested in attending a support group with other autistic parents and sharing your experiences?
If so, then Spectrum may be the support group for you.
Monday Evening – 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Supporting Your Autistic Child – On-line Training for Herefordshire and Worcestershire Parents and Carers
As part of our pilot service of support for 14-18 year olds, with a recent autism diagnosis, we are offering this training session about supporting your autistic teen.
The session will cover:
- Transitions
- Sensory differences
- Burnout
- Navigating relationships and self-identity
- Online safety
Free for Herefordshire and Worcestershire parents/carers with a recently diagnosed teenager.

Parents Support Group – Northfield
Our face to face support group is back!
It’s an opportunity to meet with other parents, share ideas, celebrate achievements and offer support.
A member of Autism West Midlands will be present to offer advice and guidance.

Well Being Walk – Sandwell Valley Country Park
Parents and Carers Well Being Walk in Sandwell Valley Country Park
Join us for a well being walk at Sandwell Valley Country Park. (booking is essential)
Free for Sandwell resident parents and carers
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and carers and explore one of the many beautiful trails of the valley. The trail is just under 2 miles long and the pace is suitable
for all fitness levels.
Children are welcome to come along, providing they are supervised at all times.

A supportive and friendly online group for individuals with an autistic partner.

- SEN issues, Reasonable adjustments, EHCPs, Exclusions, Home education
- Employment/Further Education
- Disclosure
- Benefits
- Useful Resources

Wolverhampton Adults – Wellbeing Activity Session
Creative session for autistic adults in Wolverhampton. Biscuit making and card creating workshops in a relaxed and friendly environment. A small group led by experts and supported by AWM staff. Join us for an afternoon of making delicious biscuits and beautiful cards that can be taken home.
