We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge well done to the Information Line team for an incredible achievement on our Information Line. We’ve received 21 feedback responses from callers which is the most we’ve ever had in over a decade of running this service. That’s entirely down to the hard work, persistence and dedication of the team. They have all made a real effort to send out forms and encourage people to share their thoughts, and it’s paid off!
Even better, every single piece of feedback has been positive, reflecting the brilliant support the team are providing to families, individuals and professionals who reach out to us.
