Shropshire Outreach Support for Autistic Adults:
Shropshire Outreach service provides low level, person- cantered support to adults on the autism spectrum within the Shropshire and Telford area.
Our support aims to build individuals’ confidence and promote their independence. We do this by providing consistent, regular, one -to- one support sessions with knowledgeable and experienced Outreach Workers. Support packages are funded through Shropshire Council Adult Social Care teams.
